代々木公園にあるWIRED　CAFE 〈〉FITを中心に活動を行うランニングチームです♪

 

自然を感じられる代々木公園で、一緒に走りましょう☆

 

初心者大大大大歓迎☆

走った事がないという方も、経験者の方が丁寧に教えてくれるので心配ありません☆

 

毎週土曜日の１５：００～１６：００頃にランニングをする予定です！

 

WIRED　CAFE〈〉FIT は１回５００円でシャワー＆ロッカーを使えます♪

月会員になると、月１８００円で無制限で利用できます♪

Well, in this case, Jon Holmes will be in charge on Nov. 5., as many of the others will be in Kyoto for Saiko Eco!

Tamami and I want to get back to Wired fit running...this Saturday we have something on but after that we are up for anything....well as long as my legs hold out.

I will be at WIRED<>FIT at 5pm on Saturday, will run one loop in the park, return to WIRED<>FIT to check for late-comers, then we will do some repeats either in the park or on Oda Field.
Meeting for organizers will be at 7pm,

Most likely I will, however, due to unusual circumstance, not 100% sure.  Barnard, another German, is very likely to come.

Hello Katharina! Maybe, Tetsuya will run, I am in Kyoto. There is a meeting at WIRED<>FIT on the 2., they may run after that, too. Ask EcoMarron!

I run Ome/Nippara that day, but may be back in town at the usual starting time. Tetsuya usually runs, too.

OK - no event for this Saturday the 10th, right?

I will be out of Tokyo next weekend but like to join the last Saturday on the 24th if you are going to have one. Cheers!

Hi, have not jogged for long...

Do you still have this jogging event at Yoyogi every Saturday during September?

And very slow jogger welcome??? (I am slow like > 6 min./km)

If the answers are yes, I may join either on teh 10th or 24th.
