We ran Utsukushigahara Trail Run 32k on August 27th.Actual distance is 36.5km by garmin.

Naruki Forest Trail Run

I ran Naruki Forest Trail Run yesterday. This is first event organized by KFC.(the same organizer as ohme-takamizu)

I had run oxfam trailwalker the week before. So I didn't expect much before the race though,

I had good start and enjoyed the race very much. I kept 9th position until last 5km.

Jeju International Ultra Marathon　Mt.Halla 50 mile trail

昨年に引き続き、済州島のウルトラマラソンに参加してきた。

今年は距離もコースも新しくなった漢拏山の50 mile trailにエントリーした。

到着後、受付会場と宿泊先が連絡なしに変更になっていたのにはびっくりしたが、

今年もKMUFのはからいでエントリー代、滞在中の宿泊費4泊分が無料になりました♪

前日の受付を済ませて、その晩はパスタパーティと開会式に参加。
