What's your favorite race?: 10 miler (half-marathon)

I am now in Maryland and heading to work in Tokyo a week from Saturday (19-Sep) and should be there until 01-Oct to 15-Oct time frame.
I will be staying at he Nikko Tokyo Hotel in Daiba. So, I am not sure where is what yet -- regardless, I would love to do a run (formal or just informal). I re-started running after a 4 1/2 year break. I did the Annapolis 10 Miler recently.

BTW, running in Daiba is quite OK, not too much traffic there.
