Can now confirm my attendance on Saturday, will go for a few easy loops at 17:30 from WIRED<>FIT. Caught a cold and my heel is hurting, so I will leave the speedsters in Greg's good care, and jog in the park.

Still, don't miss your chance for a serpentine-style work-out on the track (or in the park if track is closed) if you're in shape for some harder stuff!
