Nice video, and it looked like a wonderful day. People of all ages getting out and enjoying themselves together. The music was good too!

Great video of what seems to be a wonderful day. There looks to be a really country fair feel to it.  Looks like everyone enjoyed themselves and I'm sure some good money was raised for the intended charity. I feel that this is how races should be organised. I think many organizers  get in too deep. Better to have a low key event like yours where everyone is treated specially and all bases are covered. Anyway congratulations on a fantastic job and I look forward to being part of your next organizing committee.
