Having completed the HKDRC Half Marathon 2009 ( 第32屆 香港 半馬拉松 ) in a slow time of 1 hr 56 mins+ in the slightly warm morning today.



Despite it's a slow time but it's already 7 mins+ faster than my time in the same race last year.

Completed the TWAC 10 K Evening Race ( 荃灣田徑會 主席紀念盃 10公里 黃昏賽 ) in a slow time of 53 mins in the hot temperature of 33 C tonight.

Taking the overnight bus N969 and riding through the dark city to Tin Shui Wai.

Completed the Yuen Long District Youth Festival 8 Km Race [ 元朗區 青年節 長跑賽 ] in a slow time of 43 mins+ in the warm and humid morning today. Nice to meet so many runners…

Just completed the 8 Km RRAC Summer Run ( 必達 夏日長跑 2009 ] in a moderate slow time of 42 mins in the extremely sunny and hot morning today. I really could not adapt racing in such sunny and hot condition now.



I leart that 9 runners suffered…

I attended the Pacer 10 K 2009 ( 第三屆 十公里 復活跑 相片 ) in the sightly warm morning today, and completed it in a reasonable slow time of 50 mins+.

Despite feeling hot and exhausted, I managed to run in an average speed of 5 mins / Km.

I was happy to meet so many runners…

Just completed the Tolo 10 K race 2009 ( 吐露港 10k 2009 )in a moderate fast time of 49 mins in the rainy morning today.

"Luckily" unlike the predict by futureblurmaxx and his supporter Waru, I did complete the race about 8 mins faster than his prediction of 57…

Completed the 15 Km Mt Butler Race ( 第33屆 香港 畢拉山 15km 越野賽 ) in an extremely humid and warm morning in a disappointed time of 91 mins. I felt exhausted and frustrated while walking uphill for four times during the race.

Completed the HKMP Shatin Riverside 10 K ( 沙田 10K 河畔賽 ) in the slightly rainy morning in a moderate fast time of 48 mins 40 secs (1 min faster than Tai Chak Tim Ching).

I attended the New Balance Reservoir Cup Race III ( 水塘盃 3 大潭水塘 ) in the misty morning today.
