TWAC 10 K Evening Race 2009 - 09/7/12

Completed the TWAC 10 K Evening Race ( 荃灣田徑會主席紀念盃 10公里黃昏賽 ) in a slow time of 53 mins in the hot temperature of 33 C tonight.

However the time was already 2 mins faster than my time in the same race last year.

Thanks TWAC for the excellent organization of the race. ^.^
