8. Qualification A. IAU Asia Championship IAU Asia Pacific region countries athletes ( Max 3 males and 3 females per country) B. International Ultra Marathon - Koreans 18 years and older * 200KM Athlete who has completed at least one KUMF certified 100KM and longer race during the period of 2008 - 2010 * 100KM and 50 mile Marathon finisher - Foreign runner 18 years and older from IAU member country Non.IAU member countries, qualification will be determined by the race organizer upon application being submitted

Yes, I would have preferred the shorter distance, but I think I really want to go to Jeju...
Well lots of luck. Walking 50 miles does not sound much fun.
For us the season will just be starting in Early April.
Yes, that's why I'm a bit afraid of signing up... But I think I will make this my season finisher, or walk the 50 miler!
Some one once told me that after running 100Km you can NOT run for 2 or 3 weeks! Someone whose initials are JW !!!
It looks like the 100 is my only option, I hope my stomach will not give me trouble...
