Running in Tokyo/Japan - Marathon/Clubs/Track Races

Hi Everyone,

I have been truly shocked by what I've seen what this Tsunami has done. I sincerely hope that none of you or close ones have been harmed or affected in any way. And you are all in my thoughts.

Take Care

That's terrible news! Thank you for telling me, although I'm very sorry to hear about her family's bereavement. Please do pass on my commiserations. If there's one thing we can learn from this is that we have to enjoy life to its max, don't wait around and truly love our loved ones otherwise everything that we hold dear will be taken away from us.

Thanks mate, yes, this is a mess, though there were no casualties in Saitama. I worry about the nuclear plant. And one of our members lost her sister, it's very sad!
