Running in Tokyo/Japan - Marathon/Clubs/Track Races

東京でのマラソン・陸上・駅伝・・・・・体を鍛えて、環境を守ってエコマラソン

Chan Ka Ho of the Hong Kong National team beat runningintokyo.com member Thomas Kiprotich to finish in 1:10:11! Thomas was four seconds behind, a great performance given the windy conditions and hilly course. Hope he can work on his kick, so he wins the next time out!

This race concluded our training-camp in Hong Kong, I really enjoyed my two weeks there, and would like to say thank you to all the Hong Kong friends for their support, also on behalf of Francis!

We will definitely come again, so, let me know if you are interested in joining another Hong Kong Training Camp!

Beautiful running style!!

Looks very similar to the late Paul Kipkoech , 1987 World Championships 10k Champion. Try and locate that race on Youtube-classic Kenyan surging
