North of England 6 Stage Road Relay Championships

It was a fantastic and emotional day and we ended up taking home the title by 15 seconds, I was lucky enough to take the final spot on the team and ran 5th leg, dropping from… Continue

I was in Japan for best part of 3 years, teaching English around Tokyo, left in 2003, but still in touch with Juergan and the Namban Rengo guys. Back in Leeds now, still teaching English and running. I see your going to be teaching English too - let me know if you've got any questions about running and teaching out there - might be able to help. Well done for the Northern 6 stage result - good to see some more competition for Leeds!

You're shaping up nicely for the Northerns. Good luck mate. A few people on eightlane are tipping your boys to take medals. Oh yes I ran for two Southern clubs back in the 90s: Belgrave and Herne Hill.
