Hey Francis,
seems you're in great shape as usual! It's terribly cold here in Germany, so I run long, but not fast, it's too hard on the lungs!
Do you do any repeats? I think you should try to work on your speed, good luck!
Juergen
Getting ready for the next challenge?
Here is a work-out you should try when you get on the track:
4x200 in 33 seconds with 33 seconds break
5 minutes break
2x300 in 50 seconds with 50 sec. break, 200 in 33 seconds
5 minutes break
2x400 in 66 seconds with 66 sec. break
thanks a lot for the lovely pictures! There are quite a few Africans on this site, but they usually do not contribute very much, maybe due to technical problems or lack of computer-knowledge. It is great, finally, somebody gets beyond that level! Seeing the pictures, I would really like to visit! Actually, I think Matthias, one of our members, who is a professor for African languages, ran the same race!
Why don't you drop him a line at:

Unfortunately, I am tight up in Japan/Germany, but I hope, one day we can meet in person!
Cheers, Juergen
