Yesterday I was invited to run the Mizuno Half in Tai Mei Tuk, my last race on this trip to Hong Kong. It is a very challenging, hilly course, and it was windy. I started out fast, and was able to finish on target, in 1:17:55! I won the age-group by about five minutes!
It was my pleasure to be on the podium with Keith Chan of hkrunners, the gentleman on the right! Please refer to his web-site for more information and picures!

That's a great run by Thomas. And I look forward to hearing how your athletes did.

Nice one! And well deserved too! How much does Francis weigh because I've been keeping an eye on that model of racing flat for sometime. I'll certainly be checking out for some weired and wonderful creations when I visit.
Anyway shoes aside, I take my hat off to him. 77:55 at that age is a phenominal run. I hope I'm running that time when I'm 55. Be interested to know what that worked out age graded wise.
Congratulations Francis.
By some strange coincidence you ran exactly the same time I ran for my last half marathon in Korea a year ago-and to the exact second. Amazing!! But your run is more superior than mine becuase of our different ages
You M50-55 Me M40-44. I also see you are wearing Mizuno shoes. I used to Asics shoes but I find Mizuno better.
