Run＆Wlak event In Nagano 別所線と走ろう、歩こう

I joined　Run and Walk event in Nagano, Becuse I was invited the organizer.

I ran along Besho line ( it is old small train ) and trail course about 18k with many runners.

( I was introduced as running carch of Nippon runnrers

at the ceremony)

A guy was running with his dog ! I asked him if he took his dog to the goal .

And we and his dog , Run chan went to the goal , Besho, hotspring,

I saw beautiful , ponds, pastral landscape and flowers.

It was fun !!
