In times of social distancing, most of us can still run, but we will not be able to meet out friends on the track or in the forest, so it is a time for individualized training schedule. RUNNINGINTOKYO offers free running schedules designed to your individual needs, just tell us your 10k target time and we will get back to you with a 10-day program that you can do by yourself, and you can be assured to run a better time when this nightmare is over and running events start again!
