'Bikila' Ethiopia's barefoot Olympian by Tim Judah.2008.

Pretty good book. Nothing much about his training but quite a bit about his life after his second Olympic Gold.

'Run to Overcome' by Meb Keflezighi.2010

This is a really good book. Amazing what this guy had to overcome in his early life and also his many injuries.Lots of great race descriptions.

I've read the Barefoot Runner ( can't think of the author's name ) which is another great book. There's even a movie about him. The Athlete which was released a couple of years ago and tells the story of him after his car crash. I consider Abebe Bikila to be the greatest mens marathon runner in history- First man to win 2 Olympic marathons(the second in a new world record) and only beaten once in his career.
