About Me:: Just picked up running again and also have done a few triathlons. Did a Detroit 1/2 marathon in 2009 and my brother did the full. We decided to do Chicago marathon in 2010. My 1st marathon was 3:24 and was happy with that, but really wanted to qualify for Boston and was able to the next month in Indianapolis with a 3:16!! Plan on the 1st Kalamazoo marathon in May and also a 1/2 Ironman(Steelhead) in 2011.

Welcome to the website. I hope you find it useful. Congratulations on achieving the qualifier for Boston. However if you need advice on any aspect of marathon/distance training such as cracking the big 3 hours in a marathon, or running a great Boston; now that would be a fantatic race to achieve that, feel free to ask.
