About Me:: I'm not terribly in shape but, the only exercise I do love is running. I have been running/ walking all my life (my dad was a runner) but really started running in 2007. I ran my first marathon this year. Aiming to run at least two races each year. a half and full marathon. I am definitely open to suggestions

We try our best to assist foreign runners to navigate to difficulties of the Japanese running bureaucracy, and fortunately, have a lot of Japanese members who can help with that.

And a little hint: Pop out the chat-box when you are on the site, then it is much easier to see when somebody is talking to you.
