Thank you for your response. I'm visiting Juergen as well as doing some sightseeing, (and running of course!) in July. However I haven't worked out my schedule just yet. So if I run the 5,000 I guess I'll be in 16:30 shape. But let me think about it. When do you want me to let you know ?

this is actually a bit more than an usual time-trial, I think you would like it. I don't think they have them very often, though.
