The course of the Sahara Race (Namibia) 2016 takes competitors across 250 kilometers (approximately 155 miles) of stunning desert terrain in the country of Namibia that is home to the oldest desert and the largest dunes in the world. Over seven days competitors will traverse the Namib desert to the Skeleton Coast. The terrain will vary between sand, sand dunes, rocky terrain and dirt track and some grassy areas.
