About Me:
I'm a US licensed physical therapist and acupuncturist living in Tokyo. I joined Namban Rengo prior to the 2007 Tokyo Marathon. After 10 years of competitive running back in my school days, I now enjoy running at a more relaxed "pace", alternating with yoga, swimming and cycling to stay in shape.
