About Me:
I joined Namban durin my stay in Tokyo 2000 - 2003. I especially enjoyed the Sunday work-outs in Yoyogi-koen and the hilly Takao-san to Jinba-san runs. Now, after some years in Hong Kong and Shanghai, I am back in the German mountains.

Back on the track

Hi Nambanners!

After a bad skiing accident and two surgeries at my left knee in 2008, I am back on the track again! So happy that my knee sustaines now 1 hour plus running on a hilly course.
I'll come to Japan in May for business and hope that I can join you for a nice run in and around Tokyo!
