About Me:
I didn't get into running until about 7 years ago. I am defiantly not a fast runner and prefer "distance." I run to relieve stress and to stop thinking. My mom is a runner and growing up I had no idea what she meant when she talked about runner's high. Now I understand it and it's such a great feeling. Running in Tokyo is also always an experience as there is so much to see. My favorite place to run in Japan would have to be Hakuba, Nagano though, when the snow is gone of course.
