Continuing a battle with heart problems has forced me stay home and minimize if not completely eliminate running. This has encouraged me to participate in online communities like Ning. I used to go on forums about running and running shoes in particular because I wrote about them.

I started writing about motion control running shoes that is, running shoes for flat feet because I developed some running problems all throughout my running days. Fortunately or unfortunately I can spend a lot more time reading various Ning communities which should make my life a lot more interesting.

For now I should just try walking on my hefty Brooks Beast Running Shoes and enjoy the feeling that I can still walk pain free. Walking and reading stuff online should take up most of my time.
