Run and Music

Hello!

On Jan. 26., my friend Thomas and his band will play at the Dickens in Ebisu and introduce our new theme song: RUN RUN RUN. The profits of the event will go to Refugees International Japan. Music starts at 7pm, entry fee for runners is discounted to 500 Yen.

We will be playing at a charity for REFUGEES INTERNATIONAL JAPAN in conjunction with RUNNING IN TOKYO at EBISU What the Dickens. We will play a mixture of originals and grooving, soulful dance covers to party too! Charge is a 2,000 yen donation

I will go for a run at 4pm, starting from Shimizuyu in Harajuku, running in Yoyogi Park. All paces welcome, we can split in groups.

Place

After the bath, we can take the train to Ebisu and party.

Of course, it is possible to only run, or only party!
