Event Description

This is not the most scenic race but it is a flat and fast course (laps around the large Oi Park near the Keiba). Also, it is also not actually IN Ota-ku.

Dropped my 10k PR last year by about 4 minutes if that helps describe how flat it is.

Entries are due by Nov 15.
