Knights In White Lycra KIWL Go-Go 55km (&21km) Charity Ultra Run

EVENT DETAILS UPDATED WITH SOME CHANGES

‘Get Fit And Give Back’. The second annual Knights In White Lycra KIWL Go-Go 21km and 55km charity ultra run takes place on Saturday November 10th to raise funds for Mirai no Mori, the charity that organizes summer camps and other life-changing outdoor experiences for kids in homes.

The changes include:

1) a cheaper ¥10,000 participation donation. More runners means more kids go to Mirai no Mori's summer camp in 2019!  

2) the 21km course is volunteer supported at the finish. There are no check points between the start and the finish but we will advise details of water points, toilets and convenience stores en-route or nearby.

3) the 55km course is unsupported (not enough volunteers, sorry!). Runners choosing this option must be experienced at ultra distance and be able to fully self-support themselves.
