I'm 45 years old with 3 kids. I used to be a keen trail runner particularly living in Hong Kong for 13 years - I completed 3 maclehose trailwalkers, best team time 16:51 (third in mixed category). Also I was an irregular King of the Hills participant. I love those trails !

    You obviously have been running in Hongkong! I love the Mt. Butler event!
    Thank you for joining this website, and I hope to see you at a training-run or a race soon. We try our best to assist foreign runners to navigate to difficulties of the Japanese running bureaucracy, and fortunately, have a lot of Japanese members who can help with that.
