Hey, where do you live? We have a nice work-out in Kami-Itabashi every Monday 6pm, and I live in Shiki, maybe, we are almost neighbors. Toni Boyle actually lives in Narimasu!
I thought so, I usually don't listen while running, except when the music comes from speakers on the home straight. Finished my first marathon in Frankfurt in the 80's, and they were playing Chariots of Fire! My time was 2:59:52!
BTW, I am in Ogawamachi right now, at my second house, welcome to come out the night before the race.
Welcome to the site! Thank you for joining this website, and I hope to see you at a training-run or a race soon. We try our best to assist foreign runners to navigate to difficulties of the Japanese running bureaucracy, and fortunately, have a lot of Japanese members who can help with that. I'm looking forward to seeing your blog-posts and other running-related content on this website! And a little hint: Pop out the chat-box when you are on the site, then it is much easier to see when somebody is talking to you. Cheers, Juergen (website-creator)
P.S.: For runs in the Tokyo downtown area, please join the group: WIRED<>FIT Running Team.

Sounds good, it's usually Tony, myself, and some of my Rikkyo students - it's a work-out by Rikkyo COR (circle of running).

Well, "London Calling" would make a nice song before a run! Maybe, we should start a forum on running songs!
Your favorite runner, accompanied by the best Celtic harp ever played!
