Die Veranstaltung war vereinsübergreifend, als Ehrengast war Klaus Decker, Präsident des ASC Marathon Friedberg in den achtziger Jahren geladen, und auch Jochen Rolle vom TSV, mit 2:28 im Marathon der schnellste Anwesende, war zur Unterstützung dabei. Der Gewinner Michael Victor kam von der Triathlon Wetterau. Er gewann den auf einer Strecke zwischen Bad Nauheim und Friedberg ausgetragen Lauf in 18:42, und bis Birgit Thelen in 33:58 die Ziellinie überquerte gab es brausenden Applaus für alle Teilnehmer. Beim après run auf dem Burgfeld wurde dann schon für das nächste Jahr geplant.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">ゴールデンウィーク終盤、新幹線から一番近い島で第7回佐木島エコマラソンが行なわれました。</span><br/> <span style="font-size: 12pt;">瀬戸内海の穏やかな気候と島の皆さまのご協力の元でクオーターとハーフの距離に分かれてスタートしました。3年前に行われた第1回佐木島エコマラソンに次ぐ、200名のランナーが集まって下さいました。クオーターマラソンでは1位のランナーが40分ジャストの好タイム!! ハーフでも1位のランナーが1:18:01の素晴らしいタイムでゴールしました!大会終了後も島の名物、果皮ねりやひじきご飯、しそジュース、甘夏ジュースなどでランナーの皆さまをおもてなしして下さいました。</span><br/> <span style="font-size: 12pt;">とてもアットホームな大会になりました。ご参加くださったランナーの皆さま、島民の皆さま、</span><br/> <span style="font-size: 12pt;">ありがとうございました。</span></p>

<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">富田林では2回目となるエコマラソン、前回は5キロと10キロのカテゴリーでしたが、今回は10キロとハーフの部2つのカテゴリーで実施。</span></font></font></p>

<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">快晴、朝方は冷え込んだものの、日中は気温15度近くまで上がり暖かくなり、走るには絶好のコンディションとなりました。</span></font></font></p>
<p></p>
<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">100名余りのランナーが石川河川敷のサイクリングロードを快走。</span></font></font></p>
<p></p>
<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">コースは、西板持グランドをスタート、羽曳野市との境界近くに設けられた折り返し地点を折り返します。10キロは1往復、ハーフはこのコースの周回2周目で北と南トータル580メートル余分に走ってちょうど21.0975キロになります。</span></font></font></p>

<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">金剛葛城二上山の山並みと石川のせせらぎを眺めながら走る、のどかで自然豊かで風光明媚なコースは、単調になりがちなサイクリングロードを変化あるものにしてくれたことでしょう。</span></font></font></p>

<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">全体的にほぼフラットで走りやすいコースなのですが、時折風が追い風になったり向かい風になったり、河川敷の堤防をわずかに昇り降りする部分がランナーにとっては少し大変だったかも知れません。</span></font></font></p>

<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">日中は晴れて暖かくなったこともあり、ウォーキングを楽しむ人、犬を連れて散歩する人、ロードバイクで颯爽と駆け抜けるサイクリスト、ジョギングを楽しむ人たちでサイクリングロードは賑わいました。</span></font></font></p>

<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">最終、ハーフ59名、10キロ47名が完走。</span></font></font></p>
<p></p>
<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">トップの記録は10キロ37分36秒、ハーフ1時間20分59秒でした。</span></font></font></p>
<p></p>
<p><font face="Arial Unicode MS"><font size="2"><span xml:lang="zh-CN" lang="zh-CN">マラソンシーズンも終盤、この大会が走り納めとなったランナーが大半を占めたかもしれません。また来シーズンに向けて休養に努めてもらえれば幸いです。</span></font></font></p>

<p><br/>17日、第4回淀川エコマラソンが開催されました。大阪では初めてのフルマラソンと10キロ、2つの部門に約220名がエントリーしました。</p>
<p>大会前のウォーミングアップは恒例のジャパササイズ。</p>
<p>コースはほぼフラットな淀川河川敷の自転車歩行者専用道を川上に5キロ走る周回コース、フルは4往復プラス2.195キロ、10キロは1往復。</p>
<p>あいにくの天気で、前半は冷たい雨の中、気温も低く、リタイアもいつになく多かったのですが、それでも最後まで頑張って走り切ったランナーの笑顔は最高でした。</p>
<p>国際色豊かなエコマラソン、年々海外からの参加者も増えていますが、今回はフィリピンから6名のランナーが参加。大会を盛り上げてくれました。ちなみに10キロの優勝はフランス人男性でした。</p>
<p>フルのトップは男子2時間54分8秒、女子が3時間12分0秒、寒さの中、会心の走りを見せてくれました。</p>
<p>ゴール後の温かい豚汁とカップ麺が大好評だったようです。</p>
<p>来週は第2回富田林エコマラソン、ハーフと10キロに約100名がエントリーしています。</p>

<p>東京マラソンの翌週ということもあって、参加者はそう多くはなかったのですが、参加者の皆さんとスタッフ一人ひとりの顔と名前がわかる大会。いろんな方と気軽にお話ができたり、一緒に走っている内に仲良くなったり、スタッフも最後のランナーまで応援したり…いつもより多くみなさんとの交流ができました。</p>
<p>幸い天気も朝方は青空が広がっていましたが後半は曇り空、雨が降ることはありませんでした。</p>
<p>彩湖エコマラソンとしてははじめての30km、ハーフ以上の距離を走ったことのないランナー、30キロは初めてというランナーにとっては大きな自信に繋がったことだと思います。</p>
<p>また、昨年に続きゲストにアドベンチャーランナーの高繁勝彦さんも参加。</p>
<p>一本歯下駄部門が昨年から特設された全国唯一の大会。</p>
<p>高繁さんによる一本歯下駄プチセミナーや一本歯下駄試し履きのコーナーもあったりして一本歯下駄の魅力を伝えて頂きました。</p>
<p>代表ユルゲンによるウォーミングアップ「ジャパササイズ」も毎回大好評!次回もお楽しみに!</p>

<p>第1回二子玉エコ駅伝が快晴の多摩川緑地で開催されました。</p>
<p>8チーム約40名が参加。チームは4名で構成、1人が5キロ、計20キロを走ります。</p>
<p>かなりの強風が吹き荒れる中、どのチームも健闘。そんな中で好タイムで優勝したのはグローバルなメンバーで構成された南蛮連合。</p>
<p>第2位は健脚メンバーを揃えた地元多摩川クラブ。今日は俊足メンバーが他の大会に出ていて優勝はできなかったのが残念。</p>
<p>小学生を中心とした子供駅伝部も大人に混じって軽快な走りで第3位と第4位に入賞。</p>
<p>第5位はスネイルズ、チーム名はカタツムリですが、第四区のランナーは20分で区間賞を記録。</p>
<p>第6位は目立つオレンジ色のユニフォームを着たチームイリサコ。抜群のチームワークで安定の走り。</p>
<p>第7位はチーム白黒、何匹かのワンちゃんたちも応援に駆けつけて大会を盛り上げてくれました。</p>
<p>第8位はチームランランラン、スローペースながら着実な走りで無事ゴール。</p>
<p>往路が向かい風、復路が追い風で終始風の吹き荒れる一日でしたが、何のトラブルもなく全員完走。</p>
<p>第2回の大会開催も現在検討中です。ご期待下さい。</p>
