    Hi Sila,

    First of all I am delighted that you have joined and that you are very satisfied. Unfortunately we don't set you up with a visa; that is your responsibility. So you will have to contact the Japanrse embassy in Nairobi. I think a tourist visa.I think a tourist visa is what you need, I live in Korea and I don't know the Japanese visa requirements.

    As for races that should be no problem however the best person to contact is Juergen Wittstock because he lives there and organises the calender.

    Yes, thanks for your comment, Owain! I can help only people who are already in Japan, as long as you are not sure if, or when, you can get here, there is not much I can do! 

    But still, we all love running and if you succeed to come here, I will be very happy to meet and assist you!
