    Welcome to the website, I hope you enjoy it. Congratulations on achieving your personal best marathon time. This is a good site for meeting new running friends. And I would recommend joining Namban running club, as they have runners of all abilities and there are definitely many people of your standard to run with. They meet at the track at Yoyogi Park every Wednesday at 7 pm
