Thank you for joining this website, and I hope to see you at a training-run or a race soon. We try our best to assist foreign runners to navigate to difficulties of the Japanese running bureaucracy, and fortunately, have a lot of Japanese members who can help with that.

most welcome, I only need your age (DOB) and preferred distance, if you want to add a club name in HK, you can - I think the organizers will be very happy to have an "international mix" in hte race! I wonder if Thomas will come, I sent him a message, but he may be busy.

Also, it's funny, I will send out a message to all members about that, if you want to stay at our facility in Ogawa (self cooking), let me know! Beautiful mountain runs around there!
