 on 21th November, Sunday.\nThe couse starts from Setagaya Olympic park
  and goes through RT 246 and Tamagawa river side, then it comes back t
 o the park.\n\nThe registration will start on 25th July till 24th Augu
 st, 2010. You can register through internet or telephone.\n\nBecause a
  number of participants are expected, runners will be selected by draw
 ing and be informed by 21th September. The participation fee is Y3,000
