 ly and August when there is enough rain to flood the paddies. The farm
 ers therefore busy themselves in the rice field ploughing up, ranking,
  and seeding. A month later, rice shoots will have grown beautifully. 
 During this time, the RFR is created to give the chance for runners to
  enjoy running in the beautiful rice paddies whilst helping with the e
 ducation of the young Cambodian volunteers who staff the event.  *The 
 race is divided into 3 categories:  - 10k for professional runners 
  - 5k for sporty types - 3k for fun *Register now until 30th Aug 2013
