 unners can do for the environment～\nIn recent days, we are seeing in
 creasing environmental awareness. As runners we may choose to use publ
 ic transport to go to races while bringing our own mugs and bags.  We
  like this event to be an opportunity to think about the environment a
 nd ecology conscious way of living, which are important for both us an
 d our future generations.\nUnfortunately, some of the foods we consume
  everyday includes processed foods that contain excessive amounts of a
 dditives, which on the long term are not necessarily good for our heal
 th. Also, excessive wrapping&packaging, wasting our precious finite re
 sources, has become an everyday scene. It is my wish that this event w
 ill serve as an opportunity to think about and start an environmentall
